About the Role
The Office Administrator will primarily be focused on digitalizing and filing physical files. This is a temporary role that may become permanent for the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Scan physical documents and convert them into digital formats using office equipment and software tools.
- Maintain an organized electronic filing system with clear labeling and categorization for easy retrieval.
- Accurately input document metadata, file names, and descriptions into document management systems or databases.
- Review scanned files to ensure clarity, accuracy, and completeness; re-scan or edit as necessary.
- Manage the secure storage or disposal of physical documents after digitalization in accordance with company policies and compliance standards.
- Adhere to confidentiality and data protection regulations when handling sensitive or classified documents.
- Resolve minor hardware and software issues related to scanning and file management tools, escalating complex problems as needed.
- Work closely with team members to identify and prioritize documents for digitalization, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
